Advertiser Only with BidVertiser - No ToS

No contract / no Terms of Service

I do not understand how it is possible in any country to be able to charge somebody for a service on the Internet if there is no contract nor Terms of Service.

If you are an advertiser with BidVertiser, that is the situation. This I can prove.

I did use the Google search engine for this site and there were a lot of threads that had some reference to BidVertiser, but I couldn't find anything about this.

Just to repeat, I am not referring to publishers with BidVertiser. I am referring to advertisers. And there is absolutely no ToS that an advertiser has to agree to when they sign up to do business with BidVertiser.

What gives? How can that be legal?
