From what I hear the product is excellent, from what I have I have seen from the guys at PubCon they are quality people too.

Having said that revenues of $3-4 million is, where I come from, a Mom & Pop operation. I hope they got the right price [and in cash], these "crazy for anything search" times will soon fade.

They threw one heck of a party in Chicago ;) Interesting that they didn't use the conference to get some news, like Ha-Ha did.

This doesn't really change the high end analytics market much though - at least, not yet.

GoToast's marketing and buzz-creation was done very well; it's product, however, has not gotten many kudos from people who've actually implemented it at scale. To anyone who's been optimizing large $100K+/mo paid search campaigns for any significant period of time, GoToast's value has been more administrative than anything else. That's good, but the real problem in large CPC campaigns is optimizing ROI, and in that regards, GoToast is no better than the $50/month PC-based tools out there.
