I have noticed that some pay per click search engines have high PageRank and some don't have any. Is there any PR or link value calculated from having accounts with PPCSE's?

Some third-party pay per click affiliates have their pages indexed in Google with your PPC ad. If the redirects are 301, you will get link value out of it. Perform a phrase search on your PPC ad text and see if that appears on other sites. Then paste the link into a Server Header Check tool. See if its a 301 (permanent redirect). If it is another type of redirect, the link value will not transfer.
