Frames or Tables........

My website is comprised of frames, and built on FrontPage. As of late I have been playing with the idea converting it into a "no frames" site.

My question is this:

When cpc sites like OV or Google share leads with other tiers, do they "crawl" for the results? Or do they just pass on the url and keyword info? Would changing my site affect the relevance or amount of shared leads to their affiliates? I know this is true for SEO type submissions but what about cpc submissions?

Are there advantages to either way in this scenerio (cpc)?

The major PPCs do not do any crawling, it's all manual review. Converting your site to non-frames would have no effect on your PPC performance.

It would do wonders for your usability though :-)
