How much is this site worth....
1) UK Niche industry
2) Overture ppc within a directory site established 6 years.
3) 15,000 uniques per day average
4) Traffic nearly all from Google organic listings.
5) No bought traffic or advertising ( ppc margins too tight)
6) Turnover around £1 million per annum
7) No staff, 2 directors who run it, minimal expenses ( hosting and general admin).
Nice business but could be toast tomorrow.... what's it worth? Anybody know any comparable sites that have sold recently?
