Does anyone here know which shopping engines will extend credit terms/invoice bill a merchant for clicks?

So far I'm told that the following engines can:
Pronto
Shopzilla
Smarter

Engines that "cannot":
Pricegrabber
Nextag
Shopping
Yahoo Shopping

If you know of a "cannot" engine that actually does allow for credit terms, please let me know.
