Are there any 2 tier PPC advertising programs worth to try?

After reading the many posts in this forum the general answer is NO due to the huge number of invalid & robotic clicks.

It might be different for you if you have a general interest product that might do well with just general exposure.

My own feelings are that it is a complete waste of time & effort.
