using macros to add tracking codes to search terms

has anyone succesfully created any macros in Excel to add Index Tools (or other) tracking codes to the search terms? I've been doing it manually and it takes an age!
I need to take a list of search phrases (which may be 1,2,3 or 4 words long) and create an individual string after each URL such as -?campaign=google&kw=telephone+bill
