Are there any sites that will pay you to place cookies?

I remember an advertising site (can not rememebr the name) that would pay you for placing cookies on users computers... Or something similar. Does anyone out there know of such a program and if so whish the best one is?

There are affiliate programmes which use cookies set by graphics on your site to track sales, e.g. if you show a banner for 'widgetaffiliate' then you will get credited with a future sale, whether or not the user clicked on the banner.
