Hello, i need a (hopefully) good interstitial company to put on my website... can any of you list some of the ones you use? Cause i couldn't find anything good

I want something that works by itself not that i have to manage it like on adbrite... if there's any ofcourse... and any clue what's the usual CPM for interstitials? i know it may depend on some factors but i don't even know if it's < 1$ or like 3-4$ ...
