I've heard a lot about arbitrage, and I'm familiar with the basics of the concept. What I'm wondering is what is the best way to go about setting up a succesful arbitrage site? What are the best advertising partners and services? What's the best layout to use? Any articles or ideas you could suggest would be greatly appreciated.
