PPC Management Across Multiple Platforms

Is there a reliable PPC management tool available that allows multiple keyword accounts to be managed across multiple pay-per-click search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN)?

1)Getting the most ROI out of your spend?
2)Easing the administrative burden of managing multiple SE accounts?

If (1) is primary, then there are *very* few tools IMO that do a good job.

If (2) is primary, then there are tons of tools out there.
