Sounds impressive. But, that case study was done pre-launch of the Fraud Report feature. Now that the feature is out and thousands (?) of people use it, are G/Y! so saturated with the reports that they are no longer responding to them?
Has anyone had luck getting any refunds by submitting the ClickTracks Fraud Report?
More to the point - is there any other software (opensource preferred) that will analyze log files for "invalid clicks"?
