Worst PPC program out there. There is no phone support for this program and reports are always 3 days behind. How do they think they can be seriously considered when their offering is so poor?

I am trying to rach them for 2 weeks already to fix something in my account.
They don't answer the phone and don't reply on emails.
I used to get good traffic from them but I guess they are going through something bad...

I think their traffic quality started to deteriortate since they started syndicating listings out to Findology. Thats what I have noticed.

When/Where do they display their ads?
I've only seen Adwords ads on my keywords.

They may just be giving a lackluster perfomance until their contract with Google runs out - pretty shocking start, no way to hold "customers" by the sounds of things.

I have not signed up, have only seen bad reviews.

Is it not worth it?

Right now, as I said, I only see Adwords ads.
