I am looking for advertising networks that offer .05 to .10 per click.

Please advise.

I'd advise you to think about ROI versus the click cost. Then I'd advise you to think about what terms you are targeting to see if they fit that nickel and dime model. Then I'd advise you to start searching. :)

Depending on what your site(s) is about, adsense can pay much more than that.

google adwords and overture are 2 good places to start (imo)

Overture is too expensive.

Adwords is hard to maintain a high spot without paying high prices.

+, they're both too competitive and require constant maintenance. I need a CPC network that allows me to purchase X number of hits at X CPC (.05 to .10) and that's that.
