Minimum bid drop

I heard some site's minimums drop at the end of the month.

Hello. I thought I read somewhere that some of the PPC sites minimum bids dropped at the end of the month because people/companies with budgets usually spend them by the end of the month. Is this true? If so, which ones are they? Thanks!

I have not seen this on any PPC that is established. Lowering the minimum bid would be of no benefit if there are, for instance, already 10 bids above you.

I would have low expectations in terms of traffic from a PPC that used this gambit.
