Search123 using Overture to fill results?

Hi,

I don't know much about PPC search engines but I noticed a site where the links were going through search123 and then on to Overture and finally to the site.

I thought Overture and search123 were entirely different companies? Do search123 use Overture to fill results or is this site somehow forwarding on from search123 to Overture?

Overture will suplly thier results to anybody... unfortunately

All PPCs use each others results if they don't have an established user base. It's very common.
