No chance of yahoo or google , so whats left?

obviously google and yahoo terms don't allow such sites so whats my next best alternative to put ads?

Try building a site about something else. You can't make money with the legitimate advertisers and there are way more than enough lovely adult sites (I hope yours doesn't objectify women), so why not try something less sleazy? You might make some money.

Forget the ads, try some banners linking to adult sites you're affiliated with eg. adult products (toys, dvds...), adult dating sites etc. Non-objectifying of cause.

I am not in the industry, but I would recommend you join one of the forums which is oriented to adult webmasters. Just look for a bigger one (and be prepared for NSFW ads on sides).
Adult webmasters often have a different take on issues regular webmasters face, so it is interesting reading in any case. :P

It might be worth approaching Fastclick and Casale and see what they say. They supply adverts for swingers dating agencies which offend quite a few people, so may be more flexible about 'mature' content.

Try optimizing what you currently have. I would spend the amount you set aside for link back to your site. NOT PPC it is only a quick buck solution. Organic is cheaper but takes longer.

Look at what other sites that ranks in your position and see how you can rank higher.

The reason there is an "adult" business market is because of the restrictive morality. Ironically, the restrictions create the market.

There's always room for another site on any topic.

Study SEO, exchange links, post in forums, and you'll do well. Forget about PPC until you diversify into mainstream.

In a very competitive marketplace it pays to think outside the box. You can advertise on other adult sites, adult blogs and newsletters, take print ads in adult mags or the adult section of local papers... or come up with some new viral idea.

But, there are several forums for webmasters in this niche and the discussions there may be more targeted/relevant. Members there have probably already discussed the PPC issue.
