new to ppc

im new to ppc and am currently developing a freelance website for web design and other freelance projects. but my problem is getting the site off the ground when its launched i have a very low budget this is going to be my first site and i realy need it to work so i can expand to other sites. but how do i get ppc to work on a low budget? is there any tips? and is it worth going for 1.0 on google or is 1.3 ok dose it make much difference? thanks guys and girls :D

I would advise you to stick only with Google AdWords and Yahoo!PPC. With a very few rare & minor exceptions, pretty much every other ppc program out there is rife with click-fraud and will fruitlessly burn through your money.

ROI (return-on-investment) clickthough tracking is highly recommended, so you can know which clicks convert to sales, and therefore whether your ppc expenditures are making or losing you money.

It's my opinion that being in the top 3 ppc positions may not actually be as important as one might assume. I 've discovered real decent clickthroughs at the lower positions too (say, 7 for example). It would seem that perhaps surfers click through everything, once they start.

with overture if i select uk dose it mean it will only display adds on .co.uk? or dose that mean that it will display on .com? im a bit confussed lol. thanks for your reply and is 105 clicks a month any good? and 11000 search vol any good? thanks for your help.
