Have recently noticed that MSN are now advertising their own products in the top 3 PPC results, for one search term they hold the #3 slot on permenant basis, there is no way anyone can get that spot - you can have #1, 2 or 4 etc, but not 3

I spoke to an Overture rep who wasnt aware of this possibility, (in fact they said this was not possible) after further enquiries it seems MSN have an option on 3 ads for any search term, so they could potentially take the top 3 PPC slots for their own in house products

This has been going on for a few months now.

MSN PPC is IO based.
Minimum $75k spend commitment.

You can wait a few more months, and you'll be able to use MSN PPC directly.
