How to manage a mdb database?

I'm going to learn asp after ages on php because of taking over a small site that uses it.

What's the best way to view and manage an .mdb database? Preferably in a way like phpMyAdmin?

I should add that I only have ftp access and the .mdb file is located in a folder one under the web root.
