Redirection help /folderA/pageX.html to /PageX.html

I need help with following:

/folderA/pageX.html to /PageX.html
/folderA/AbcXyz.html to /AbcXyz.html

(Basically I want to remove the /folderA/ from the url and do a 301 redirection)

I don't much of IIS, I know it is very easy with Apache. I will show this page to the IIS developers who are handling the project.

Please help with the redirection.

I just double checked the link. Looks like Microsoft redirects it back to the main Redirect page. The Link I wanted to send you to is at the bottom of the page that is currently linked previously.
