Project Management System

Does anybody have any recommendations?

Hi!

I've got a client looking for a very basic project management system. Their platform is ASP 3.0 and Access. They do not need any really fancy features, just the ablitity to add new projects, associate tasks to projects, and prioritize, also see whats open and whats been closed.

Does anybody have any ideas of some packages that we could look at? Ideally they would be open source - that would be great!
