Looking for free ASP contact form

I usually develop sites on Apache servers using PHP for my contact forms, but I have a client that insists on sticking with their Windows host. I'm don't know much about ASP, and was wondering if anyone could recommend a site that might have some good (free) ASP contact form scripts?

Part of the problem is we can't provide links to any sites that might offer form scripts. If you'll use your favorite search engine and include these keywords: ASP form script you'll find a huge number of sites that offer free scripts.
