Hello,

I put together a very simple asp.net document.
All the .net code is being ignored vy IIS.
I read somewhere that I had to go into the 'home directory'
tab of the default web site properties and add the
.aspx extension with the aspnet_isapp dll in the configuration/mappings tab.
However, the OK button is greyed out- I have admin rights
so I'm not sure what the problem is.

Thanks

Welcome to WebmasterWorld zep31. Have you actually installed the ASP.NET components? Go to control panel - Add/Remove Programs - Add/Remove Windows Components and in Application Server click the "Details" button. Install if required, then you can enable it via the IIS Manager.

Hello- thanks for your reply.

When I go into windows components, I don't see an entry for Application Server- There is one for IIS however all the components are added.
