Complete state, county & city list

Seems like it would be easy to find but I'm having trouble...

So, I'd like to find some type of database, spreadsheet, csv file, whatever...That lists every state, every county within that state and then every city within those counties.

Does anyone know of such a resource? It would be a huge help to find something like this.

NACO's (National Association of Counties) website does just that. Check out their map page.

That is a great resource but I am looking for a complete, single file/database if possible.

NACO has all the data I need but would take a ton of cutting & pasting to put it all together.

Anything else?

Try doing a search for "zip code database". It is not free though.

Hi Hobbnet, This has worked for me in the past although the detail might be a little more than you need.
