global stats of usage

I know visitors to my site. where to get general data?

I know how many visitors I get per day.

But, I would like to know whatīs happening globably in whole internet, if a day were less visitors than the day before, maybe due to different weather or something.
And, if itīs possible, by countries.

Do you know where to get this data for free?

I know this isn't entirely what your asking, but Alexa can show you certain sites that are fluctuating up and down. Its a ranking system so your see where sites are in relation to each other, but not what the internet is doing as a whole.

As far as the internet as a whole, not sure of anything, would love to here if anyone has found this.
