Ok it was late one night and I just wanted to finish the topic i was working on. I was lazy so I went to online information encyclopedia, copied the text, paraphrased it and changed the order a little. The page "felt" different but really didn't say anything new.
Once florida started to stabalize the page is #4 for the keyword phrase I optimized for. The source page isn't even in the top 100.
This page worked better than the ones I wrote from scratch.
