Japanese characters not showing in stats

I can't tell what my Japanese keywords are

I manage a site that is half English and half Japanes (most of the sites I manage are all English).

My stats program is Analog. I see this kind of thing in the list of key phrases:

バウチャー

or

%83c%83%81%81[%83w%83r%83%93%83t%83%8b%83^%83%93%83g

If it was Japanese characters I could ask my Japanese client to tell me what it says.

Does anyone know how to find out what this is?
