Finding keywords

What do you use to find great keywords

What a great forum!

I think that Wordtracker KEI etc is marvellous along with Overture and Adwords and of course the Google engine itself, a great way of finding keywords.

Does anyone else use some other resource to finf keywords, besides Adwords analyser, which I believe just automates the above.

Hi, advice - welcome to webmasterworld. Here's a few ideas for ya...

1) Check you logs
2) Dictionary and thesaurus
3) Check your competition's description and KW meta tags
4) Ask friends, family, etc. what words they would use to search your product.

Thanks for your reply.

I was actually looking for new markets, what the trends are etc, you just cant get enough info in this area.

To my surprise, when I visit the forum, I actually found alot of great new stuff on my alexa bar.

So indirectly webmasterworld gave a great answer.
