I am not getting into optimization of my site I built a few months ago. I enjoyed the no traffic until I started a couple of marketing campaigns. However, I have learned like most, the traffic really sucks! So I am now optimizing my keywords, and hopefully I'm doing it right. Do the keywords have to be comma separated? If so, then do the keywords have to appear on each page? If there are supposed to be keywords on each page, then I assume they should match that page's content. I'm just taking a stab in the dark right now!

Rather than answer your specific questions, may I gently suggest that you read Brett's Successful Site in 12 Months with Google Alone [webmasterworld.com]. Meta keywords play either a very minor role or, as many suspect, a zero role in current optimization.

Each page should be optimized for a different set of keywords, so that each one will attract a different set of searchers.

Mohamed_E,
Thank you for being gentle with me. ;) Ok, now I need to optimize each page, I have about 500 dynamic pages in all.
Onward ho!
