Keywords in Title

what this be considered spamming?

I am at the moment designing a website but have one question that I am sure has been answered many a time!

In the title I am putting

<Title>Blue Widget - A guide to using Blue Widget</Title>

Would that be considered spamming?

Sounds like a very descriptive title to me! I wish all webmasters would be that descriptive.
