Choosing the best title?

What is the best choice for your title assuming the following:

your primary kw is 'free blue widgets' and your secondary kw is 'free red widgetthings' and domain is thewidgetdude.com

Please tell me the best title to use to get these two kw's:

2. Free blue widgets and red widgetthings
3. Free blue widgets and red widgetthings at The Widget Dude!

I want to make sure I get top results for primary kw - if I get secondary kw too that ios great but I don';t want to comprimise what I have right now which is a great spot for my primary kw because my title is:

Answer depends on how much competition you have for you main keyword.

If you great spot is in jeopardy, keep your title.
If that spot is safe (or if you are willing to try), I'd choose #3:
3. Free blue widgets and red widgetthings at The Widget Dude!

This has all the variations in it.

I think it's better to optimise these words on different pages, otherwise you might dilute the effect of what you really want to achieve.

I think I am safe and can go for another kw.

I realized from all my reading there is no point in having my site name in the index.

My question is the word 'and' a keywords separator?

Is this different from a stop word?

What are the different ways of breaking up the kw's?

here is what I am thinking:

now it says 'free red widgets'

I can change it to either:

1. free red widgets and free blue widgetthings
2. free red widgets - free blue widgetthings

Do I need the word 'free' twice?

what about: free red widgets and blue widgetthings
