I got the info below by running source on a site. What does the first rows mean? Is there really no keywords nor description, or do they just not show up?

What I woul dguess here is the web desing company set this up as a bit of a template and the ownre/editor was supposed to add the metas.

So yes, in this case they probably did not put them in. They are however not worth as much as they used to be. The SE's can find their own keywords from the text of the page which means there is less room for spamming. Which has to be good.
