I'd like to hear your experiences or comments about the consecuent keyprase technique, that is

you put "Your favorite keyprase" in title
same in H1, same in description, same in begining of the paragraph.

As long as "your favorite keyprase" is close related to theme is this consecuent usage a solid strategy?
Do you vary in H1, Title, Description begining and paragrahp begining?

I've had good results when I use the KW phrase in all of the elements, silverbytes, but vary the way I use them. For example:

Title: Widgets - Blue, Green, and Red Widgets
Description: Find wholesale blue, green, and red widgets at Widgetworld.com
H1: Which widget is right for you?

And then use the phrases in different ways in the copy - "discount widget", "red widgets", "fast blue widgets", etc.
