Top paying keywords

How does one generate top paying keywords lists?

More and more sites offering lists of top paying keywords are popping nowdays on the net...

I am interested in launching this kind of service in my country in which this type of site/service does not exist, however how do those sites obtain the top keyword list?

I know that the european PPC engine Espotting provides weekly top 100 lists of the best paying keywords however what about Google Adsense and Overture? How do those sites gather the top paying keywords?

Any light on this would be greatly appreciated,

Just buy a list and recompile it. The search engines know what the top keyword searches are but its not the same as top paying keywords.

Overture bid price is public and top google adword paying keyword can be found with adword tools.
