Has anyone used competitor business names?

Just had this thought for my business, and thought it could be good to ride on the back of the more successful (not necessarily better, but perhaps longer established) businesses that exist.

Has anyone built a sub adword group based on competitor business names that people may search for? I'm going to give it go anyway!

Why not replace 'ride on the back of' with 'learn from'? I bet you could, if you spent some time really observing what they are doing. Good luck!
