I just did some basic search on overture keywords selector tool and it is showing something different.

I did search on "real estate magazines" result endup with 2721 estate magazine real

Are 2721 searches done in September 2004 on overture network for "estate magazine real"?

Overture uses a system called Match Driver for keyword matching of phrases. Figures that come up for the suggestion tool match keywords for phrases in any order and also add in plurals.

The best way is to use a bit of common sense and also to check your keywords with Wordtracker.
