I wonder what they charge for the reports
Loads - keyword list used to be (and probably still is) add on to normal traffic reports, the annual cost for these was in excess of USD 20k. This is anything but cheap, however it might make economic sense for a big SEO firm to buy access and then use this information to advise their clients.
