Image in PopUp; hide or alter window name

I have a link that I want to open an image in a PopUp but hide or disguise the window name.

Right now it displays the URL of the image. Is there a way to remove that or have it say something else?

If you open an HTML page instead of just the image itself, then yes, you can use the <title> tag to specify the text in the title bar...

Otherwise, no, there's no reliable solution.
