Targeting the control to top

Is there any Javascript code targeting to the top of the page.
(Not internal branching using anchor tags)

You could force a scroll to the top.

It works fine now.

I tried
onclick="javascript:scroll(0,0)

It takes me to the top of the page in all browsers.
