Plugin jquery.com and ScrollTo

I like to set scroll function but seems very old scripts which do not support 100% updated version Jquery.

Is there the best version like [plugins.jquery.com...] and using Jquery?

As far as I know the scrollTo still works with the new versions of jQuery.
