Can I open a window within 5 seconds of load?

Instead of click or blur, can I time an opening

Okay! I have a pop-up window (400 x 700)that now opens up on click, however can I have this window open seconds after the page loads?

By using the setTimeout method.

A pop up based on setTimeout will be blocked by a pop up blocker such as the Google toolbar.
