Is it better to Resize with 3 options or two within mobile applications?

Are there mobile usability updated articles?

3 options: A A A
2 options: + -

I understand the concept of bigger/smaller, 2 options ?

3rd Option ? much bigger, much smaller, do nothing ?

Is it a question of how the 2 options are presented.

Mobile phones have issue that links should be visible (large). User can not click on small links. I was thinking if there is issue to put +/- or better buttons with fixed! options to click and user can not decide for unlimited +/-
