Released yesterday (and still a 0.5 release), Mochikit is:

MochiKit is a highly documented and well tested, suite of JavaScript libraries that will help you get #*$! done, fast. We took all the good ideas we could find from our Python, Objective-C, etc. experience and adapted it to the crazy world of JavaScript.

Developed by a former Mac developer, this is going to make some waves I think.

I like it.
Though their bragging attitude claiming that everything is well-tested comes off as pompous and conceited when you you look at the last demo (it's bus-ted!)

And I'm using vanilla IE6, not some wacky obscure browser
