I've removed that giant code dump because without decoding it, it's unclear whether it contains dangerous code or not. Instead, I suggest checking this existing thread:

That thread talks about some options (like beautifying the code first). Hope that helps.

I agree we can't have huge amounts of js posted, but I am curious... what is it that needs to be decoded? Is there a desired function? Is this a snag from another site? As stated, just curious!
