Your best bet is to just make it work for all somehow. :-) But one thing right off, I don't think your document.write will work, usually you have to spoof the browser like so:

document.write('<scr'+ ''+ 'ipt type=" text\/javascr'+''+'ipt" src="js/dom_lib.js"><\/scr'+''+'ipt>');

Can't remember why it doesn't work but it usually doesn't. The escaped / (\/) will allow it to validate.

my suggestion is use obj.appendChild(obj1) than to use document.write method
