I didn't know if this should be here or on the html so forgive me if I'm on the wrong form. I know how to embed music on a page. However, how can I make the player hidden and just have a little speaker icon a user can click to mute the sound? Thanks,

I would use flash to do this.

Do you have the capability to develop a little flash player?

I don't but our graphic designer probably does. The problem is, I only quoted an hour and a half for this so they probably won't get the nice little sound icon. Thanks for the input though.

If he knows what he is doing 1.5 hours is plenty of time to create a little flash player that loads the songs you want.

The little icon for muting is built in the newer Flash versions. All he has to do is add it to the stage and tie it to the player... takes a few minutes.
