I want to know , how can i play videos like in videos . google . com where , you click and video play straightaway in embeded player without page loading.. thanks in advance..

Most video sites encode their movies as flash files. When you click the play button your are triggering an event within the flash file, so it loads the movie without the need to refresh or load anything else within the page.
