Javascript event handlers mouse friendly but not dependent?

Anyone know of any valid JS event handlers that work WITH the mouse but aren't dependent on it? I have rollovers that JS changes classes of other objects and I'm not sure how to achieve this.

Usually, onfocus() handlers are added to accommodate mouseless navigation.
